  Superfast broadband WILL be coming to Kent, following an agreement between the government and Kent County Council to put in £10m each to make it happen. But KCC's Kevin Lynes warns it won't happen overnight. KCC's aim is for 90% of Kent and Medway users to have superfast broadband access by 2015, and for everyone to have access to at least 2mb. You can register your interest in having a better service on the KCC website.

  People have taken to social media sites Facebook and Twitter in an attempt to find a boy called Hugo Wenn, who has apparenlty been missing since Friday night (27th January 2012).
