Tried to book European Rail trip with Rail Canterbury on 21st November--the two ladies were great but Mr Nicholson there just lost 5 customers by his rudeness--his crowning glory was to state that if I emailed a complaint he would "delete" it--I mean what is he frightened of-an apology would have been more than adequate--anyway booked through Rail Europe in 5 mins--such a shame
