Delve back into Canterburys rich history with a visit to the Eastbridge Hospital Museum. Whether youre a resident or a tourist, everyone should go at least once. The Eastbridge Hospital is an astounding building dating back to the 11th century, and is still very much a part of the ecclesiastical community. From the pit of the building, where pilgrims used to spend a night, to the lovely chapel with 800-year old exposed beams at the top, this is a truly breath-taking part of our city.
